PowerPoint slow to respond, won't move to the next slide or appears to hang, crash or freeze
Each time that you run a vote, a trigger is sent to PowerPoint to save the presentation. This saves the voting data to the slide. If the file is very large (such as when it includes embedded videos), the save can take a long time and this will prevent the slide from being able to move on.
We recommend using linked videos not embedded ones but if you don't wish to do this or it doesn't resolve the problem, you can turn off the autosave and simply save the PowerPoint yourself at each break and at the end of the event or meeting.
