How do I get more information than is available here?
First try the chat option. Our Team have tested and Bob (AI agent) is better at finding answers than we are! Try clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of the knowledge base. Type in your question and Bob will incredibly quickly scan all the support articles and write a summary of the answer for you as well as supplying links to the source articles.
This guide is ever evolving. We write articles as we receive queries from users.

Alternatively, if you chat with Bob, you can ask for a human and one of our team will get back to you.
