      How do you export the data/create a report?

      All data can be exported to Excel. The report will show the vote per keypad, per question. It will also show the overall results per question as percentages and numbers of votes.

      These instructions are for standard multiple choice voting. For Matrix reports click here for instructions.

      Viewing and Exporting Data

      The Graphs/Results are embedded directly onto the PowerPoint Presentation. The PowerPoint file can be emailed to anyone with PowerPoint and they will be able to view the graphs/results that are on the slides even if they do not have the ppvote software installed.

      The voting data can also be exported to Excel, select CLiKAPAD > Voting Results > View/Export Data to Excel.

       

      A preview of the results will be displayed in the Results Table.

       

      Select Summary to show the voting for each question.

      Notice that Q8 is green for the third result as this is the correct answer for the quiz.
