Can I save my own templates in Matrix?

Templates can be loaded in to save time.

There are two types of templates that you can save and load in Matrix. The first is individual assessments and the second is the whole Matrix process. If you use a standard risk item list, that's not saved as a Matrix template but it can be saved as part of the full process template. Additionally we recommend that you save the list in Excel.

IMPORTANT: You need to run Matrix processes in the same resolution that you created them in. We recommend saving a template and naming it to include the resolution e.g. My Risk Template 1920 x 1080.

As some projectors or screens may not be capable of displaying at the high resolution of you laptop, we recommend that you drop the resolution of your laptop to something more common like 1366 x 768 and create a second copy of the matrix process in that resolution. Save that as a template too and if you have issues in a meeting room and have to use a lower resolution, you can load in this version.
