      Why doesn't my vote start when I'm running my presentation?

      Votes will only automatically launch if Auto Launch votes is turned on in the ppvote menu in PowerPoint.
      If you don't see the votes cast box, pressing V will force it to launch. The most common cause of the vote not launching automatically is that there is already data on the presentation. Be sure to clear data before you run a session: In PowerPoint go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Voting Results > Clear data/reset.
