If the system is working but the Presenter keypad isn't functioning, it is possible that it hasn't been enabled or that it is not on the correct session ID and channel number. If it lights up, the batteries are OK.
Check that the Presenter LED lights up. If not, change the cells. You will need 2 x CR2032 and A Phillips size 0 screwdriver. Be sure to secure the battery cover with the screw after changing the batteries.

If you have enabled the Presenter and it's still not working, it's possible that that channel number or session number is not correct.
The presenter must be set to session 255 and the channel number of your receiver. The receiver session ID will be 0. That is correct and doesn't need to match the Presenter session.

To set the Presenter session and channel you need to hold down the Esc key. With that held down press 255 for the session ID then the 2 digit channel number.
For example to set a Presenter to channel 75, hold down Esc and type 25575 and then release the Esc button.
