Check that your voting presentation is saved locally on your computer, not on a server or USB stick.
Ensure that Excel isn't busy doing something else. If you have a spreadsheet open, your voting software may not be able to communicate with it. Close any current spreadsheets and try again.
Check that there is data present on the presentation. When you go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Voting Results > View/Export data to Excel, you should first see a preview of the data. If there are no results there then there is nothing to export.
If you are sure that there was data on the presentation, send the file to support@clikapad.com and we will check whether it can be restored.
Users with version 5.1.0 or above, should find a voting results file in the folder where the presentation is saved. Go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Voting Results > Import/Merge Data to import it.
