The matrix process was running fine but now when setting up to go live everything looks wrong. The text is scrunched up and the graphs don't line up!
It is important to use the same resolution when you run live as you did when you created your Matrix process. We recommend making the process in more than one resolution (or a low resolution) in case the screen/projector that you connect to cannot match the resolution of your laptop.
Running in a lower resolution essentially means showing the same content on a smaller canvas. This can make everything looked scrambled and scrunched up.
