What functionality is available in each software level?

There are three levels of license available. Each offers a different set of features. All users will need the functionality within the Essential level. Professional level functionality is available to users with a current maintenance agreement.

Essential
Essential is ideal for simple voting processes such as gathering feedback and gauging opinions. Popular for classroom use as well as in large conferences.

This is required for all user and includes the keypad set up and test functionality as well as the core voting functions.

Professional
Professional includes more advanced voting functionality, such as allowing weightings, generating average scores and showing data split by multiple demographic criteria. Popular for AGMs, strategy planning and town hall meetings. Trainers often use the Named Participants function to track test scores against trainee names and other data.

Matrix
Originally written for use in Risk Assessment workshops, Matrix is a powerful list processing tool which allows items to be measured against up to 9 criteria.
Results can be shown on simple x-y plots and colour-coded heat maps and a third axis can even be displayed.  In addition to Risk workshops, Matrix is popular in any environment where decisions must be made based on a more complex process involving more than one assessment.
