What causes the error: Unknown HTTP status (400) - abort

This error can appear when attempting to login via the ppvote software to the Remove Voting Setup section of Keypad Setup

 The most common cause is that your password contains a special character. To resolve this you need to use only letters and numbers in your password. If your password does contain a special character, you will need to change it via the Rest Password page available from this link: CLiKAPAD | Reset Password Request

If resetting the password does not resolve the issue, please ensure that you are not connected via a VPN or speak with your IT department to determine whether there is a reason that the keypad.world site might be blocked.
