This message is only shown if Matrix thinks you have completed your process, i.e. all selected items and assessments have been completed.
Next Workshop is a function for locking off assessments. If you choose Next Workshop, all further voting will start from the assessment that you selected in the set up. When you select or add a new risk item, voting will start at the designated assessment not the first assessment.
Not what you were trying to do? If you have accidentally started the process without enabling any new items, simply press cancel and select your item(s) for voting and then start the process.
Want to start at a specific assessment? If you want to start at a particular assessment and have specified the assessment in the preferences already, when you press Next Workshop, the voting will start from there.
If you have not specified an assessment yet, you will see the window below, where you can enable the assessments that you wish to run voting for on the left side and choose your starting point on the right.
Existing results for all selected assessments will be shown on your list view and graphs, so you can still review the data for those. Deselecting them prevents voting on them and also hides the results. You may wish to consider leaving earlier assessments enabled as shown here.
When choosing your starting point, also check that the assessments you wish to vote on are selected. In the below example, we have chosen to start at assessment 3 but only 1 and 2 are enabled. This will mean that when you start the process, you will jump straight to the graph. You will then need to visit the Assessments tab in preferences to enable the assessments for voting.
