Bob - our AI support assistant - is more helpful that you might expect. Asking Bob a question tends to be faster and better than searching the articles yourself. Bob has access to internal guides & manuals, as well as the articles found here.
Click on the chat icon a the bottom right.
Type your question and hit enter or click the send icon. Bob will search the articles for you and summarize the answer within the chat.
When there are detailed instructions, you may see the sources listed in blue. The above example only shows one source document. Often there will be more. Simple click on the blue text for the source document that you would like to read.
Although AI is incredibly clever, sometimes a human written source document gives the extra information and images needed to clarify the answer.
If Bob can't get to the bottom of your issue and you cannot find an appropriate article, ask to talk to a human and Bob will submit the chat to the CLiKAPAD support team. We'll come back to you as soon as someone is available.
Finally, if you have chatted with Bob before, your chat window will look like the one below.
You an click on a previous chat to review the responses, or you can click on the Chat + icon to start a new chat.
Alternatively use the search bar to manually search the articles.
