Lost some of the stickers? Taken the battery covers off and now don't know which keypad is which number? No problem. It's easy to check.
Grab the keypad and press * and 0 at the same time. The keypad will flash a sequence of numbers on the LED.
The first three digits are the session ID, the next four are the keypad number and the final two are the radio channel. The session is almost always 000. An example is keypad 7 on channel 75, would display as 000-0007-75.
The instructions above are ideal if you just have one keypad to check but if you have a lot, you will probably find it faster to find the number via the software. The video walks you through that but here are some basic instructions.
In PowerPoint go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Set up > Keypads. Check your low and high keypad numbers are set correctly.
Then click the green Test button that the bottom left.
At the top of the test screen there are two tabs, click the one that says Large Display.
Now press a number on the keypad that you wish to identify and the software will tell you the keypad number and what number you voted.
