As with other software installations, to install the CLiKAPAD (ppvote) software, you will need to be logged in with admin rights, so you may need your IT support to install for you.
Microsoft may have made changes since the time of writing, so if the instructions shown here do not work for you, please search the internet.
Click in the search bar in the Windows start bar and type in the word account.
Choose the Your account info option. If you see the word Administrator below you name, as shown here, you should be able to install.
