Auto update isn't working, how do I update?

You can visit our website and obtain the update from the Downloads Centre. If you are logged in with an account that is linked to your license key, you will only see updates that will work with your current license and support status. Please visit downloads.clikapad.com.

Download the installer and then run it whilst logged in with Admin rights. Please note, you may need your IT service provider to do this for you.
