How do I update my voting software?

If auto update is ticked, your computer should automatically check for updates. However, there is also the option to check for updates manually using the following steps:

Open PowerPoint and go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Help > Check for Updates.

The updater will only show you version numbers that your license will allow you to use.

ppvote Professional and Matrix users will only be able to use versions that were released whilst they had an active maintenance agreement.

An alternative is to log into https://downloads.clikapad.com/. From there you can download an installer file. Once downloaded, run that file but remember that you will need to be logged in with Admin rights in order to install.
